SHIPPING POLICY
We offer standard ground shipping for our customers within the US. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out via standard ground shipping. Delivery times depend on the destination and can typically take 5-7 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer free standard ground shipping within the US for orders over $100.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order and estimated delivery date.
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier. If your order is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and the original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is in its original condition and packaging, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.​
